Very cool today Zenith headquarters in Santos. I had the opportunity to share techniques and vision of Jiu-Jitsu, both technical and strategic. We talked about the psychology of how to handle adversity during the fight and during the journey in Jiu-Jitsu. We teach variations, training options and talked about hesitation.
